DIN 77200 certification for security services
The DIN 77200 standard specifies which requirements and standards are essential for the performance of security services. It involves an assessment and optimisation of organisational procedures, human resource management aspects and effective working methods of the company.

CIBORIUS secures refugee and asylum facilities as well as refugee accommodation throughout Germany.
Especially in facilities where people of many cultures live together, a reliable and clearly structured organisation of access and security is necessary. All rules in everyday interactions with residents must be clearly defined and communicated. A climate of trust and security must be created.
The staff employed have additional qualifications. For example, knowledge of an additional foreign language relevant to the assignment is important. Furthermore, the staff members have additional qualifications, e.g. as fire protection assistants.

CIBORIUS has had its emergency call and service control centre (NSL) certified in accordance with the VdS guidelines for security services.
This means that CIBORIUS assumes responsibility for all security services that are necessary for securing protected objects. In order to protect objects optimally and safely, danger messages are transmitted immediately and reliably to the connected agencies (technical service, alarm service and intervention service).
The so-called security chain and its sub-processes are permanently monitored and their functionality is ensured. For each object, an individual security chain is planned according to the existing protection needs. Each individual sub-process is measurable and traceable (reporting). This ensures that everything from alarm triggering and transfer to the security chain to the final reporting functions smoothly and according to plan.
The VdS certificate attests to the optimal security of the protected objects. Thus, the emergency call and service control centre (NSL) remains an important component of the security services offered.
