CIBORIUS Group has been awarded the contract for plant security at CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited) following its successful provision of comprehensive security services during the construction project of the new battery factory in Arnstadt.

CATL, the largest Chinese manufacturer of lithium-ion accumulators, has also emerged as one of the top ten automotive suppliers worldwide. In 2019, the company announced plans to invest approximately €1.8 billion in Europe by 2025.

Since the groundbreaking in 2019 at CATL's European headquarters in Arnstadt, CIBORIUS has been entrusted with ensuring the safety and security of the battery factory construction site.
