Veranstaltungsschutz - systematische Sicherheit
Wir sichern renomierte Veranstaltungen wie z.B. die internationale Schwimmweltmeisterschaft. Um solche Veranstaltungen abzusichern sind unter anderem Zugangskontrollen, Personalkontrollen und Gepäckkontrollen notwendig. Dazu gehört auch die Kontrolle der Medienvertreter sowie deren Ausstattung und Fahrzeuge. Wir sichern alle sensiblen Bereiche großer Veranstaltungen. Unser Ziel ist es, den reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

In our experience, the smarter events are planned, the smoother they are executed. We will be happy to advise you from day one and decide together which measures to employ. On site, we place our security personnel effectively to accomplish two goals at once: firstly, their presence helps guests feel at ease, and secondly, it deters any potential troublemakers. One part of this is a quick and careful check of visitors and their bags at the entrances. If necessary, CIBORIUS security personnel may enforce the organiser's right to expel unauthorised persons from the premises.
Our employees receive outstanding training at our own academy DASM (Deutsche Akademie für Sicherheits- und Managementausbildungen GmbH).
Our event security measures include:
- Comprehensive planning of the event site (positioning of stages, stands etc., barriers, roadblocks, positioning of personnel, fencing, evacuation and rescue routes).
- Preventive measures to protect against fire and avoid mass panic and accidents; adherence to legally binding requirements
- Cooperation with authorities, rescue services and fire brigade
- Checks of guests and their bags
- Protection of all participants and guests
- Provision of rescue personnel
- Evacuation and competent intervention in case of a serious incident
- Contactless fever screening
