Plant protection
The protection and guarding of commercial buildings and facilities is called plant security. It is a special form of security with the aim of guarding technical facilities, building complexes, equipment, judicial buildings and other property against theft, sabotage and destruction. CIBORIUS takes care of this via access controls, site inspections and surveillance technology. If you are active in a particular sensitive sector such as the chemicals industry, we can also deploy dog handlers or armed personnel.
To optimally protect your premises and facilities, CIBORIUS security staff get to know your operations in detail. Where it makes sense, we expand our services to include intelligent security technology and CIBORIUS Robotics. CIBORIUS is the market leader in the use of state-of-the-art sensors, detection systems and cameras.
In addition, our employees receive regular further training at our own academy DASM (Deutsche Akademie für Sicherheits- und Managementausbildungen GmbH) and our strict quality management ensures that the standard of our operations is always maintained or improved. As a company, we are also committed to respecting the environment, which is why we have introduced an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 to improve sustainability and to meet defined environmental targets. For example, we are constantly replacing paperwork with digital processes and expanding our vehicle fleet with electric vehicles.
Our plant protection measures include:
- Security analysis, including inspection of the plant site from a security perspective.
- Entry security with gatekeeper services and access controls
- Reception services
- Checks of containers, vehicles and loads
- Risk assessment before operations begin and after specified intervals for review and continuous monitoring (useful in the event of changes at the site)
- Site inspections and patrols, particularly of sensitive or vulnerable points
- Operation and monitoring of security technology
- First aid provided by our trained personnel
- Setting up a plant fire brigade to assume fire and environmental protection tasks
- Deployment of certified sniffer dogs and guard dogs
